Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Job Description:

Within much of the states of California and Nevada, continually service, train, coach and mentor existing dealers to grow profitable business of cabinet sales and establish Premier Dealers. Coach or eliminate non-performing dealers. Continually prospect and evaluate potential new Premier Dealers to fill voids in the marketing area. Keep a constant working list of target accounts in the territory. Continuously monitor Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales budgets and take action as required. Respond to all leads and requests for information on a timely basis. Provide territory forecast to Regional Manager for the following 3 months by the second week of each fiscal month. Prepare a 3 year territory plan that is updated annually as an overall guide for the territory.

 

Requirements:

Candidates for this position must have at least 3 years of industry (cabinet) experience, specifically with Manufacturer Territory Manager experience. Must have excellent communication skills, someone that listens well and is a self-starter/motivator. Candidates must  be proficient with general computer skills and Microsoft Office - 20/20 skills would be a definite plus.
