Our wood products manufacturing client is looking to fill the position of Business Analyst. This person will be responsible for maintaining and generating regular reports for management (i.e.: Dashboards) using all databases available, support all performance measuring systems and maintain all historical data files. Position requires initiation and support of all reporting systems to monitor ongoing operations, identify opportunities and issues, and provide analysis on the impact to the company. Will facilitate communication and reporting between all operating areas and make recommendations regarding reporting and analysis findings. Business process modeling efforts will be used to facilitate Continuous Improvement.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Excel/computer generated spreadsheets and database/mainframe expertise a must. Candidates must have expertise with networked PC's (preferably with Microsoft products) and be detail oriented, focused, organized and analytical of work accomplished. Ideal candidates will possess strong written and verbal communication skills as they will be working in a team environment with all levels of management.
