Our client seeks to fill Production Supervisory positions on 2nd and 3rd shifts. The initial number of direct reports range from 15-40 with more added as production volume increases. Operations to be supervised include machining, banding, boring, print line finishing and packaging.

The ideal candidates will have machining (edgebanding,boring,panel saws) packaging or finishing experience gained from working within a flat panel manufacturing operation. For example, finishing printline experience.Additionally, it is preferred that a candidate have experience with engineering activities such as layout, process improvements, equipment/machine justification projects, etc. Candidates need to have excellent supervisory and communication skills, be very organized and computer literate. Experience within a fast paced, high volume manufacturing operation is a decided plus.
